Could you let me know how much extra to add to a book's measurements to get the correct size Lyfjacket? I'm wondering whether I should order exact height or should I add a few millimetres to the height? Thanks

Thanks for your question.

I would advise that you allow a few millimetres over the size of you book to allow the lyfe jacket to sit correctly.
If it is too tight it may buckle the front and back page. better to give it a little room.
