Is the downloaded sheet music transposable?

Please could you let me know whether the sheet music provided from the download code accompanying the book is transposable into appropriate keys for a congregation to sing or if it is simply the same as published in the book itself?

The downloads are in PDF form, and so are unalterable, untransposable.
