Hi there, I have a few questions about this Bible, if you can help me please: What the font size is for the main text and for the study notes too? Also, is the former in single column? You also say that there is nearly all the content of the regular ESV Study Bibles, so what's not included? What is a Trail Bible Design? Many thanks, Gail
