The website www.songsoffellowship.com reports as not registered (you just get the automatically generated stub 'under construction' that is created for a domain not linked to an active web-site as at 05/04/17) - how/where can you download all the files that the code in this book entitles you to? Thanks.

Resolved my question - go to www.weareworship.com/uk/songs/song-bundles/songs-of-fellowship-vol.6-sheet-music-bundle - you need to create an account to make the download.
