A new church, planted in October 2004 from it's mother church in Houghton le Spring, Co Durham. We meet at The Stadium of Light, Sunderland Football Club in the Banqueting Suite every Sunday at 11.00. Our original 'Pioneer Team' has grown from 75 to a congregation of about 200 and we continue to grow. We have seen many people come to faith in Jesus and also many who have had their faith rekindled. Our intention is to be a church for those who have no church background--or who have given up on church. Everyone is welcome and will find a place at this new church.
