Rutland Road Church

We are an independent church which maintains friendship with other local churches. We work together with other Town Centre Churches in proclaiming the Good News of Jesus Christ. We worship together with other local churches at a quarterly Celebration - ‘Come Together’ - which brings together ourselves, Anglicans, Baptists, Pentecostals and the Miracle Church - a black majority church. Our membership is made up of Christians from various cultures and backgrounds. It is our prayer that we will be “a house of prayer for all nations”. Mark 11:17. To this end we welcome people of all backgrounds to join us in worship. We are members of ‘Partnership’ - a network of churches of largely Brethren background, who seek to support and encourage one another. We are also members of the Evangelical Alliance which seeks to provide a Christian voice to the nation on behalf of evangelical Christians.
