My name is Richard Sotelo Berlanga, I was born in King City, California in 1946. At the age of 30, I was second in command of one of California's largest crime families. The Sotelo/Berlanga crime family controlled over 70 % of all the heroin and cocaine that was being distributed in Northern California and Nevada.
