Homeschool Bible Adventures Volume 6 - An Entire Quarter of Curriculum Jesus often used parables when he taught. In a like manner, this curriculum was developed to do the same, teach through Bible Stories. Each lesson was designed with an ample amount of content so your children can work on them throughout the week.The following Old and New Testament Lessons are included in this quarter, allowing your children (Ages 7-11) exposure to the entire Bible:

• NT - Lesson 1 - Jesus is Missing
• OT - Lesson 2 - A Bride for Isaac.
• OT - Lesson 3 - Jeremiah, the Weeping Prophet.
• NT - Lesson 4 - Temptation in the Wilderness.
• OT - Lesson 5 - Give Us a King.
• OT - Lesson 6 - Elijah and His Moment of Fear.
• NT - Lesson 7 - Down Goes Eutychus.
• OT - Lesson 8 - The Hidden Child that Became a King.
• NT - Lesson 9 - A Poor Widow Outgives Them All.
• OT - Lesson 10 - The Wisdom of King Solomon.
• OT - Lesson 11 - Solomon Builds a House for God.
• NT - Lesson 12 - Tabitha, Get Up
• NT - Lesson 13 - Our Easter Lesson - He Has Risen.

Each Lesson contains the following Core Components: - 1.) Today's Memory Verse and Bible Story Location - A Lesson-Related Bible Verse and the location of the Bible verses that inspired the Bible Story.

• 2.) Introduction - This will always be a lead-in to the Bible Story and Lesson.
• 3.) Story Time - This is the story itself.
• 4.) Review Time - Here, we pose 20 questions with enough space for your children's responses.
• 5.) Our Big Takeaway - This is where we share our takeaway from the lesson. After reading ours, your children will then write one of their own.

• 6.) Activity Time - Here, you will find Word Searches, Crossword Puzzles, Decoding of Secret Messages...

  When additional value can be added to a particular lesson, we have done so to enhance your children's learning experience. Just a few suggestions to get the most from this Curriculum: - 1.) Work with your children on the Memory Verse throughout the week so they can then recite it perfectly.

• 2.) Depending on how advanced your children are, you may want to have them read the Introduction, the Bible Story Location Verses and the Bible Story themselves to further develop their reading skills.

• 3.) Go over the Review Question with your children to measure how much they learned and to help them understand what they didn't.
