Dr. Michael Chung distilled 52 lessons from the life of King David into weekly devotional reading for every Christian Leader and Mentor. Leaders are busy. The responsibilities on their plates are endless. This means time, talent, and energy are limited. Two areas of great necessity for the betterment of the leader are self-reflection and self-awareness, but there is little time to even write in a journal. Sometimes, even during quiet times, there is this slavery to the calendar, which crushes a time to reflect and grow. Even ten minutes can be hard to carve out. Dr. Chung earned his BS in Pre-Med Psychology from Ohio State University. He went on to earn his MDiv from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School in Chicago and his PhD in New Testament at the University of Nottingham, where his thesis was on Paul's Understanding of Spiritual Formation.
