Dear Friends,
First of all, a big thank you for all the lovely messages of support you have been sending us.
I also wanted to let you know about some of the changes we have been implementing so that we can continue to serve you through the coronavirus crisis.

Looking after our employees and community
Remote working & Physical Distancing
As soon as we saw how quickly the pandemic was growing, we started investing in software and technology that would allow us to run the business with everyone working remotely from their homes. Thanks to our brilliant IT team, we were able to get everything in place in time for the government’s social distancing directive.
We understand why our government is taking that stand and we are complying fully with it.
All our office-based staff are now working from home, with just a few occasions when one or two of our staff need to visit the office for technical reasons.
All our departments are operating, we are maintaining full service and our customer services lines are fully manned.
Hygiene
The government’s advice is that there is little chance of the virus spreading via parcels but, even so, we have implemented all the recommended hygiene standards to ensure maximum safety throughout the delivery pipeline.
Maintaining our Service
Warehouse & Delivery
Our warehouse is operating at full capacity and our heroic teams of pickers and packers are doing a brilliant job. It took some careful thought but we have found ways to operate whilst still observing the 2 metre distance rule.
So far our supply chain is operating well. We are receiving orders from our suppliers allowing the majority of our stock levels to be maintained .
We are very grateful for the continued support of Royal Mail and our couriers who are doing a fantastic job..
Meeting your needs during the lockdown
Let us know what you need from us
We spend a lot of time and effort trying to make it as easy as possible for our customers to find what they are looking for and you will see some changes to our home page taking place over the next few days that will make it even easier for you.
Of course, the people who understand the needs of our customers best are our customers themselves. So, if there are ways we can help you better, please do not hesitate to get in touch.

Reducing our Free Postage Threshold to £5
We have noticed an increase in orders for gifts, cards and inspirational products and it seems that many of you are using them to encourage and support friends, family and neighbours.
It is inspiring to see people looking out for one another and we want to make it even easier for you to do this.
We want to make it cheaper for you to send gifts to friends and neighbours at this time so we have reduced the minimum order value for free postage to £5 instead of £10.
Daily Video Devotional - a Christian Response to the coronavirus
There is a huge amount of doom and gloom out there at the moment but we think it is very important that, as followers of Jesus, we are a source of hope to our families, friends and communities.
To help with this, I am uploading a short, devotional video every weekday to encourage and inspire you from the Bible.
You can see them at the top of our coronavirus support page.
Yours faithfully,
Mark Buchanan
