Over recent August bank holiday weekendsCLC Stockport have been running a large bookstall for North, a church event which takes place on a farm near Middlesbrough.
John Watson from CLC Retail says, “It has been a good event for CLC to participate in as the organisers and guest speakers have given us great support. Despite the challenges of a bookshop in a marquee and having to cope with a torrential downpour it has been rewarding and great fun.”
After ten years, the New Frontiers churches organising it will be back at the Newark showground next year with an event called Devoted and CLC look forward trunning the bookshop for them once again.
