Making a Routine
We're going to start on a practical note: making a routine.
A sense structure is incredibly important. It offers a foundation. Stability. It helps you maintain good mental health and keep your relationships, home, work and family harmony in good shape.
As everything changes, it is worth considering a new schedule for the day. This can be as simple as a day-by-day checklist of things to do or as rigorous as a full-week plan to keep you occupied and calm. Whatever works for you. Here we’ll look at making a schedule which incorporates time spent with God as well as keeping on top of living well every day.
Understanding Coronavirus Through Christianity

Here we’ll explore how Christianity offers ways to tackle understanding the Coronavirus crisis.
From Christian figures of the past, we'll explore how they managed to find hope amidst the bleakest of circumstances. We’ll also look at what Christian writers and leaders today are saying in response to COVID-19.

How to Live Well in Self-Isolation
Self-isolation is a unique circumstance with its own particular set of challenges.
Here we’ll explore some of the practical, spiritual and emotional habits and tricks to living well in self-isolation. It’s important in this time to not let yourself feel trapped, stuck, or cut off from others. We'll explore resources and ideas that show how living a full life in Christ is possible from the confines of your home.
How to Have Hope
'"Hope" is the thing with feathers - / that perches in the soul.'
You've no doubt heard those words before. They are from a poem by Emily Dickinson, whose circumstances are more relatable than you think. You see, Emily Dickinson lived in her own kind of isolation. Rarely leaving her own bedroom, she understood the emotions that self-isolation is currently bringing out in us. She also understood the importance of hope.
Hope may be the easiest thing to lose right now, but it is the most important thing we have. Especially when our hope comes from Christ.
Here we’ll look at an incredible Christian figure from history who shows how we can hold on to hope and not let go.
Discover some of the brilliant Christian books and resources to help guide you in Self-isolation.
